School of Electrical Sciences (SES)
The School of Electrical Sciences (SES), the School was formed by merging three Departments-Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
It has a 125 strong faculty of whom 16 are Ph.Ds and 58 are pursuing Ph.D. The School offers three B.Tech and six M. Tech Programs. The School also offers M.S. and Ph.D. programs in nearly 20 areas of specialization. All the programmes of SES are supported by strong infra structural facilities like well equipped laboratories, school library and 24 hours WiFi enabled environment. All B.Tech. and four of the M.Tech. Programs have been accredited by Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) U.K-formerly IEE.
The student's placement record has been very impressive. Large numbers of our students have got prestigious positions in Multinational Companies and National blue-chip companies. Our students have won many laurels in the National and International Fora and have been publishing in prestigious refereed journals like IEEE.
