You are now requested to do the following:
1. A Demand Draft in favour of "VIT University", payable at Vellore should be made, and the required amount can be seen on the registration page. Each author who wishes to come to VIT is requested to do so individually.
2. Register online along with your paper ID, If you have already registered please register again. Also please mention the DD Number. (Last Date of Registration 6th July 2009)
3. All selected authors are requested to upload the revised Paper in the IEEE Format (Click Here to see a Sample). Please upload the paper in *.doc format only, The paper title must PaperID.doc E.g. SC231.doc, Papers with other file names will not be accepted. (Last Date for Paper upload 6th July 2009)
4. Book your accommodation, If you wish to stay in VIT please contact the Coordinator SOFTCOMP 09 on Phone: 0416-2202419, 2202492 as there is limited accomodation available. In case you decide to stay outside please book your accommodation with the concerned hotels well in advance (Click here for the rates and contact details of the Hotels in Vellore).
5. Send your DD along with the completed Form to this address (Click Here for the Address) by Courier or Speed Post, an acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your DD is received. (Fill in this Form and staple it along with the Demand Draft.)
